- When you are on vacation, it's not always easy to find a gym. So to help keep your beach body in shape, here is a full-body routine you can do anywhere - even in your hotel room.
The exercises are all body weight resistance, so there's no need for special equipment. You can use the edge of your hotel bed instead of a bench for the One Leg Bench Squat. It only takes twenty minutes. So what are you waiting for?
